Tony's Steak Marinade

Cousin Tony ran his own catering business in south Florida for many years, and he remains the big dog in our extended family's kitchen.  This is his creation.

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
dash each cayenne and white peppers
½ teaspoon salt

Rinse steaks under clear water and then pierce liberally both sides with a fork. Mix all the ingredients and pour over steaks. Allow to sit in fridge for at least one hour.
