Spicy Sesame Noodles

Delicious as an appetizer, side dish or all by itself for lunch.

½ pound   linguine, cooked al dente
¼  cup   Tahini
¼  cup   warm water
¼  cup   soy sauce
2  tablespoon    sugar
1  tablespoon    cider vinegar
3  cloves   garlic, minced
1  teaspoon   chile oil
1  tablespoon    thick soy sauce
1  tablespoon    hoisin sauce
½  cup   scallion, thinly sliced
1  tablespoon    crushed red pepper (optional)

Cook, rinse and allow the noodles to cool. Whisk together the warm water and Tahini until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except the scallions. In a large bowl toss the noodles with the sauce. Garnish with the scallions and serve.

Note:  If you aren't planning on serving these right away you should reserve some of the sauce until the last minute.  Otherwise the noodles will completely absorb all the liquid and become dried out.
