Rice with Peas and Almonds This delicious side dish becomes to-die-for if you substitute Basmati rice for regular white rice.
Melt the butter, add the spices and onion and sauté until the onion is tender. Add the peas, toss with the onion and cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes. Add the rice and almonds and toss until heated through. |
