Olive Garden Salad Dressing

The Olive Garden has gone downhill in recent years both in quality and value.  But over the years the salad dressing they use has stayed pretty much the same, and my family loves it.  So when this copycat version from the House of Nash came across my desktop I couldn't resist tying it out.  Much to my surprise it's simply terrific.  I always keep a bottle in my fridge, and it gets used a lot!  Enjoy.

Mix or whisk all ingredients until thoroughly combined then chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
