Of all places to find a great recipe! This one comes from a recipe book that was included with a Hoover crepe pan, but it really is terrific. Ive made a couple of small changes, mostly in the amounts of certain ingredients used. It is supposed to be served hot, with crackers. But it is also very good chilled.
Melt the cream cheese in a fry pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Blend in remaining ingredients except for the lobster. Simmer for a few minutes to heat through. Fold in the lobster or crab meat and heat an additional minute or two. Serve with crackers (its a little heavy for chips).
