Jalapeño Rollups

This is incredibly delicious yet simple to make. One of the most requested recipes I have. Compliments of Terri and Tommy Magee.

1 package soft flour burritos
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces jack cheese, shredded
1 bunch chopped scallions
¼ to ½ cup pickled Jalapeños, diced
salsa to taste

Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, scallions, jack cheese, Jalapeño and salsa. Place in refrigerator until congealed. Spread mixture over shells. Roll shells and put in fridge until hardened. Slice and use toothpicks to hold together.

Serve w/salsa
