Honey-Ginger Teriyaki Marinade

This delicious marinade creates the most wonderful teriyaki. Superb! I used this to marinade two ¾ pound pork tenderloins overnight, grilled them to 150 degrees (internal) and sliced them very thin. I had to fight off the natives as I brought this to the table. Simply magnificent. It should work wonderfully with beef.

¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon plus of fresh ginger (use the garlic press)
1 tablespoon garlic, pressed or minced
1 tablespoon ketchup
¼ teaspoon granulated (or powdered) onion
¼ teaspoon cayenne
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Put all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
