Dijon Tarragon Vinaigrette

This is a delicious dressing for any type of salad.  Allow it to sit in the fridge overnight to bring out the flavors.

Whisk together the first 5 ingredients until well combined.  Add the oil in a slow, steady stream while continuing to whisk constantly.  Once the dressing emulsifies add the cheese and whisk to combine.
