Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is my variation of a classic favorite.  What originally began as a simple combhination of Balsamic vinegar, oil and dijon mustard has been enhanced over the years to produce what has become a family favorite.  This is easy to prepare and always impresses the guests.

¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
1 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Mix vinegar and mustard in a blender, then slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream. Let it mix about 1 minute after adding all oil then add remaining ingredients with machine running.

Allow to chill before using for the best results.  This allow the flavors to blend.
