Cream Cheese and Crab Spread
This is so simple to prepare and everyone loves it. This is best with fresh crabmeat but substitute the canned stuff in a pinch. Thanks, Aunt Sissy!
Place the block of cream cheese on a platter at least a couple of inches larger than the block of cheese. Mix the crab meat, cocktail sauce, lemon juice and horseradish together and pour over the block of cream cheese. Serve with crackers.
