Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cake Frosting

 I was reading an article on cakes recently in which a "peanut butter" frosting was mentioned.  Well, that sounded too good to not follow up on - so I did, and this is the result.  Simply mahvelous!  This makes just enough for an 8" two layer cake.

1½ cups confectioners sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa (such as Hershey's)
1½ sticks butter, softened
¾ cup creamy peanut butter

Using a counter top mixer on medium speed beat the butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.  Add the chocolate and then the sugar about a half cup at a time.  Again beat until creamy and smooth.
