Cannoli Pastry Bites

Cannoli are Scilian pastries consistng of a tube-shaped shell of fried pastry dough filled with a sweet and creamy filling containing ricotta cheese.  This version was created by darling grand daughter number 1, (aka Catalina), for our family gathering celebrating super bowl 60.
