Baked Tortilla Chips
This is a great way to use leftover tortillas, even if they're stale. They can also be fried but baking them works fine and they are much healthier. You may use either corn or flour tortillas.

Preheat the oven to 375º.
Arrange tortilla wedges on a baking pan, lightly coat with cooking spray turning to coat both sides and salt if desired. Bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until the chips have browned slightly and are crisp. Set aside to cool.
