This is so simple
to prepare and everyone loves it. This is best with fresh crabmeat but substitute
the canned stuff in a pinch.
Place the block of cream cheese on a platter at least a couple of inches larger than the block of cheese. Mix the crab meat, cocktail sauce and horseradish together and pour over the block of cream cheese. Serve with crackers. |
