Title: Bok Choy Salad

Crunchy Bits

  • 2 packages ramen noodles (w/out seasonings)
  • 5 oz of sliced almonds
  • cup butter

Chop

  • 1 large head bok choy
  • small bunch of scallions
  • 1-2 cups bean sprouts (mung)

Dressing

  • cup vegetable oil
  • cup sugar
  • cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

 

Brown almonds in cup (less works fine) of butter and add crumbled noodles. Continue to brown. Just before serving mix veggies and dressing together with the noodles and almonds:
