Kaffir Limes

Kaffir limes are grown predomiately in southeast Asia and are a signiature ingrdient in regional cooking, especially in Thai cooking.  The leaves, both dried and fresh, can be used.  They can usually be found fresh in Asian markets, and the dried ones are readily available from online sources.
